Riding a bicycle. Using a toaster. Driving a car. There
are many things you have done for so long that they have become almost
automatic. The way we react to stress also is a response that we have
developed over the years. The good news is that you can "rewire" your
emotional brain so that you can control your stress instead of letting it
control you.
Emotional Brain Training is the result of more than 30 years of research,
testing and treatment that have gone into the development of the EBT method.
I do individual EBT sessions and conduct group workshops to teach you the
skills to achieve a state of well-being from which to deal with life's
challenges.
